Illumination meets Introspection

Years ago We ‘talked-the-talk’, then We strived to ‘walk-the-talk’. Now, as I understand it, We are to “'LIVE'-THE-TALK”. As events unfold now, such as Earth changes (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, etc.), it is evident that We are to start ‘living-the-talk’.
I've agreed to share what I have experienced in my effort to "walk-in-balance" on this Earth. Perhaps you may hear something that will help you expand your Sacred Space. As always, follow your heart..

Mark has been a Native American Indian Culturalist for over 40 yrs. (remembering at age 7). During that time he has had opportunities to converse with various Native Elders from various tribes east, south, west, and north and is grateful. Mark works with Sacred Path and Animal Medicine. Another path Mark has followed is the Asian Culture.
For over 30 years he has studied the Martial Arts, such styles as Chinese Combative Kenpo (2nd degree), Tomiki Aikido, and currently Ch'ang Style T'ai-Chi-Ch'uan. Mark has recently visited China and has found remarkable similarities with these two Cultures.
